7. Cookies & Local Storage
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to operate the Platform. No tracking cookies or advertising cookies are used.
Authentication Cookies
When you log in, a secure session cookie is set by our authentication provider (Supabase). This cookie is required for your account to function and is deleted when you log out or your session expires.
Shopping Cart (localStorage)
Your cart contents are saved in your browser's local storage so they persist between visits. This data never leaves your device and contains no personal information.
Session Storage
We use sessionStorage (cleared automatically when you close the tab) to remember UI preferences within a session, such as whether you have already seen the site intro screen, and to generate an anonymous visitor ID for our live visitor count feature. This ID is random, contains no personal data, and is not persisted beyond your session.
