🔥 PMAG Laser Engraving Settings – 60W MOPA Fiber (LightBurn .CLB) These are the exact settings I use in my own workflow for engraving PMAG designs using a 60W JPT MOPA fiber laser.** I include a setting for White, you will have to manage your expectations some with the white color as its very hard to produce a true white color.** This purchase includes both a ready-to-use LightBurn library file (.CLB) and a professionally formatted PDF version and a Xtool F2U material library for easy manual entry into your laser software. This file is designed to give you a proven starting point that helps eliminate hours of guesswork and testing, getting you much closer to clean, consistent results right away. ***These are all specifically created to be used on Black pmags*** ⚙️ SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS 60W JPT MOPA Galvo Fiber Laser 200mm Lens Designed for Magpul Gen 2 & Gen 3 PMAGs 👉 Best results will be achieved on a setup matching the specifications above. 🎯 WHAT THESE SETTINGS ARE FOR Polymer color change engraving (not depth) Clean contrast and detail Consistent results across PMAG surfaces 🔧 IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE USE These settings are optimized specifically for my setup and should be used as a strong starting point, not a one-click solution. Due to differences in: Laser machines Lens sizes Material batches Environmental factors 👉 Some adjustment maybe required 🧪 MATERIAL NOTE These settings were developed using Magpul Gen 2 and Gen 3 PMAGs.
