This file includes Holster Geek’s recommended PMAG laser engraving settings for Magpul PMAG Gen 2 and Gen 3 polymer magazine bodies using a 60W MOPA fiber laser. The file is LightBurn-ready and includes recommended engraving layers for multiple polymer color results including dark brown, dark grey, medium grey, light grey, very dark tan, dark tan, medium tan, light tan, cream, and white. These settings are optimized around a 200mm lens workflow and intended for MOPA fiber laser users running LightBurn. Results may vary depending on laser wattage, lens, magazine color, focus, hatch settings, and machine calibration, so always test before final production.
